Airline / Flight Policy

  • Airline tickets available through the Website are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.
  • Enjoy Check In only technology platform acts as a facilitator to enable the Guests to book a flight ticket. The contract of service for utilization of the flight is always between the User and the concerned airline.
  • Airlines keep the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights or routes independent of and without prior suggestion to Enjoy Check In. As a facilitator Enjoy Check In has no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and therefore is not accountable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a Guest may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight.
  • Different tickets on the same airline may transfer different restrictions or include different services and price.
  • The Baggage allowance on given fare is as per the terms decided by the airline, and Enjoy Check In has no role to play in the same. Some of the fares shown in the booking flow are “Fares” which do not entitle the Guest for free check in baggage and therefore the User will be required to pay separately for check in baggage. The prices for adding check-in baggage to a booking may vary from airline to airline. The User is advised to contact the airlines for detailed costs.
  • Many Airlines go into "code share" agreements with other Airlines. This means that on certain routes, the airline carrier selling and marketing the flight ticker does not fly its own aircraft to that destination. Instead, it contracts or partners with another airline to fly to that destination.
  • If your flight is a code share, it will be disclosed to you in the booking process and prior to payment.
  • Enjoy Check In will disclose any such code-share arrangements to the Guest, only when the ticketing airline discloses it to Enjoy Check In in the first place.
  • The total price displayed on the Website on the payment page usually includes base fare, applicable government taxes and convenience fee. Users are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of their bookings. In the event the Guest does not pay the entire amount, Enjoy Check In reserves its right to cancel the booking. User agrees to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees, as applicable on the date of travel.
  • For benefit infant fares, the age of the child must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, User will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare. Any infants or children must be accompanied by an adult as per the terms of the airlines.
  • The Guest one responsibility to ensure they are in possession of valid travel documents such as identity proof, passport, visa (including transit visa) etc. to undertake the travel. Guest agrees that in case of inability to travel for not carrying valid travel documents, Enjoy Check In shall in no way be held accountable.
  • Guest understands that the information provided by Enjoy Check In regarding the travel documents is only advisory in nature and can’t be considered conclusive. The User shall ensure checking the requirements of travel with the respective airlines of the respective jurisdictions the Guest may transit through or choose to visit.
  • Guest should check with the airlines directly regarding the check-in timings. Usually, check-in begins 2 or 3 hours before departure for domestic flights, and 3 or 4 hours before departure for international flights.
  • Guest should carry valid identification proofs, passport, age proofs as may be required to prove the identity, nationality and age of the passengers travelling on a ticket, including infants.
  • In the event Guest does not embark on the onward journey, the entire PNR pertaining to that booking shall be automatically cancelled by the airline. In such a scenario Enjoy Check In has no control in the supposed process nor will be obligated to provide alternate bookings to the User. The cancellation penalty in such an event shall be as per the applicable airline rules.
  • Any changes that are made to any existing booking shall be subject to certain charges levied by the respective airline, apart from the service fee charged by Enjoy Check In.
  • The Guest shall be obligated to pay applicable charges in the event of any alteration or modification to an existing booking. However, depending on the airline's policy and fare class, charges for changes or modifications to existing bookings may vary.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Enjoy Check In receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Enjoy Check In paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
  • All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Enjoy Check In, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Enjoy Check In service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
  • The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the Guest used a credit card, Enjoy Check In will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, Enjoy Check In will credit the money to the same debit card.
  • In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, honest discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Hotel Policy

  • Guests mandatory have to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in at Hotel. As per government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 Years, staying at the hotel. The identification proof (ID) includes Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card and Passport for verification. Without valid ID the guest will not be able to check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted as a valid identification proof (ID card).)
  • Some times facilities such as Wi-Fi (in case of Hill station not having Network coverage), Hot or Cold water etc. may not be available depending on the location as well as its availability, so guests are requested to pardon us and adjust in such situations.
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in at the hotel. Without valid ID guest will not be able to Claim, and will not be eligible for refund. Enjoy Check In will not be responsible for such Check-in’s Claims and Refunds.
  • If you select Hotel Room, you will be provided Breakfast without any cost, if the Hotel provides free Breakfast, otherwise it would be chargeable.
  • The primary guest checking in at the hotel must be of at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be upto8 years.
  • Staying of 1 child up to 8 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable depending upon the Hotel.
  • If Guests request for extra bed while check-in, then a folding cot and a mattress will be provided and is applicable as an extra bed.
  • Some Hotels does not allow pets while check-in. If you have pets you can contact the hotel administration directly for permission to take pets along with you while check-in, subject to Final decision of the Hotel Authorities.
  • Enjoy check-in requests Guests to handle Hotel properties gently, provided while check-in, and should return in same condition while check-out. In case any damage happens, then Hotel may claim it, and same will be payable. Guests are requested, to keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness, during their stay in the Hotel.
  • Amenities provided by the Hotels are already listed on the Enjoy check-in website. Guests are requested to check it before booking.
  • Booking cannot be cancelled on or after the check-in date and the time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to Room availability, and may be chargeable by the Hotel. You can contact the Hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out as per your requirement. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. After booking you will get an email.
  • Hotel room tariff includes all taxes. The Hotel Room amount paid by the guest does not include charges for Other Services and Amenities (such as snacks, room service, and bar). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • In some hotels, due to local conditions, unmarried couples and love-birds may not be allowed to check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. Enjoy Check In will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the above mentioned reason.
  • Some hotels may deny entry of other guests who are not mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher. Please confirm with the hotel administration before inviting such guests.
  • The cancellation charges are standard and subject to hotel's decision.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the guest, the hotel will be notified of booking cancellation, and the original confirmation email and Booking ID that was generated will become null and void.
  • Enjoy check-in policies are specific to room booking and are informed to guest while booking.
  • The enjoy check-in offer is not valid on hotels booked using 'Pay at Hotel' payment method.
  • If the guest not checks-in at the hotel due to difference between amenities mentioned on the Enjoy Check In website and those provided at the hotel, they must notify the claim within 24 Hours. In this case, the guest shall be entitled to refund, subject to Enjoy Check In validating their claim. Please provide valid proof for claim, adding attachment in email. If guest will not provide valid proof for the claim, Enjoy Check In will not be able to fulfil the claim.
  • The claim can be notified to Enjoy Check In by calling 9723027185 or by sending an email to [email protected]. Enjoy Check In shall within 7 days from the date of claim, will investigate the matter and communicate to the customer about the validity of the claim. If the claim is valid, customer shall be entitled for refund (if the customer has not checked-in) or check-in (if the customer has checked-in) of an amount, which was paid by the customer for the booking within 1 week from the date of communication about the validity of the claim by Enjoy Check In.
  • The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 1 week. However, it may take additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.
  • Enjoy Check In reserves the right to revoke any offer at any time and without prior notice. Enjoy Check in also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and offers at any time without prior notice.
  • Please refer to complete Terms & Conditions before availing the hotel booking.
  • More than 2 days before check-in date: Can CANCEL but cancellation fees will be charged
  • Within 2 days before check-in date: No Refund of your payment
  • In case of no show (guest not Check-in at hotel): No refund. Booking cannot be cancelled on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
  • How to Cancel : You can cancel your booking using our website to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 1 week. However, it may take additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.

Bus Policy

  • Enjoy Check In only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with bus operators. It doesn’t operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the Guest. Enjoy Check In also doesn’t act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
  • The bus ticket booking voucher which Enjoy Check In issues to a Guest is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.
  • The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and Enjoy Check In has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.
  • In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the bus operators and the Guest, Enjoy Check In shall not be responsible for the operations of the bus operator including, but not limited to the following:
  • Timely departure or arrival of the bus;
  • The conduct of bus operator's employees, representatives or agents;
  • The condition of the bus, seats or like etc. not being up to the Guest expectation or as per the description provided by the bus operator.
  • Cancellation of the trip due to any reasons;
  • Loss or damage of the baggage of the customer;
  • The bus operator changing a customer's seat for any reason whatsoever;
  • Bus operator informing a wrong boarding point for the issuance of the booking confirmation voucher, or changing such boarding point eventually with or without any notification to Enjoy Check In or the Guest;
  • Bus operator using a separate pick-up vehicle to transport the Guest from the designated boarding point to the actual place of departure of the bus.
  • Guest are advised to call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point, or any information which they may need for the purpose of boarding or travel in that trip.
  • At the time of boarding the bus, Guest shall furnish a copy of the ticket, and any valid identity proof like aadhar card, passport, PAN card or voter identification card or any other identity proof issued by a government authority.
  • Guests are required to reach the boarding place atleast 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • All tickets issued shall be non-transferable
  • Guest needs to compulsorily obtain a bus ticket at the regular fare in case a child above the age of 5 years is accompanied by them, unless otherwise a particular bus operator specifies otherwise in their terms and conditions.
  • Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the Guest’s login in the Enjoy Check In’s website.
  • Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.
